Clerical/Dispatch Associate
Job description
Hours: Monday through Friday, 5-hour workdays (Hours can vary depending on package volume)
Work Environment: Fast-paced operations environment in which the ideal candidate will be able to take and respond to phone calls as well as manage computer programs and systems. Oversees daily activities of drivers and package handlers to ensure that all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. Part-time management employees are generally expected to work 5 hours per day and are paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitates training with new and current employees.
- Update drivers about chances to their routes
- Assist customers with concerns
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
